OIEC is the acronym for Oil Industries’ Engineering and Construction. Over the years it has become a leading company of its kind through achievement of successful operations of Large and medium-sized projects, most of them on schedule and on budget with complete client satisfaction.

OIEC, with its subsidiary companies, has been highly active in the fields of oil, gas and petrochemical sectors. This shows that the Group is well integrated in the petroleum industry and quite capable of managing most challenging projects.

Many experts consider OIEC a main EPC company, the activities of which include basic and detailed engineering, procurement of equipment and materials from domestic and international sources, as well as construction.

OIEC was registered in 1987 as a private joint stock company. Presently, great majority of its shares belong to the Oil Industry's  Pension Fund and the National Iranian Oil Company.
