OICO

Oil Industries' Commissioning and Operation (OICO) was established in 2011 as a private joint stock company in Tehran. OICO is a wholly owned subsidiary of OIEC.

OIEC as the parent company in oil and gas projects, executed commissioning activities in SPGD phases 9 and 10 project by Commissioning department formerly. By expanding the current projects and domain of Commissioning Services, OIEC decided to organize its abilities in Commissioning and Operation fields by establishing a subsidiary commissioning company, named "Oil Industries Commissioning and Operation".

Development of Oil and Gas industry, by Iranian Companies, requires a new and perfect method to lead construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning phases in the project.

Management and implementation of pre-commissioning and commissioning by using ICAPS® (Integrated Commissioning and Progress System) registered and developed by TOTAL Co. and OPERCOM Methodology is a bold point of OICO in this area of activities.

OICO has employed competent Commissioning employees and is able to lead the construction, procurement and pre-commissioning stages and execute commissioning, start-up and performance test of oil and gas projects up to hand-over to owner at the best quality.
