Qeshm Oil Investment Company (QOIC) (Private Joint Stock) has been registered in 2004 in Qeshm free zone. QOIC strategically invests on oil and gas upstream and midstream sectors. As an investment company, it can define many cooperative ways to develop investment projects such as BOO, BOT, EPCF. QOIC is owned a project of 6.5 million bbls. capacity of storage tank and export facilities of crude oil and gas condensate in south of the Qeshm Island. Qeshm Oil terminal project consists of 1 SPM, 13 storage tanks with 6.5 million barrels storage tanks in the first phase and increase to 20 storage tanks with capacity to 10 million barrels in the second phase located in the south of Qeshm Island with the aim of providing all the potential customers with crude oil and gas condensate storage services plus offering the higher standard of operating efficiency. Qeshm Oil Terminal project is in progress and it is divided into two different major areas (onshore-offshore) in terms of scope of work in a 117-hectare allocated land.
