Training in OIEC

Today, more than ever the organization success is measured by HR performance. Human resource empowerment and training form important parts of leading companies' strategies.

OIEC, as one of the largest Iranian GC and project-oriented companies, regards human resource empowerment and training as an investment policy.

OIEC pays great attention to learning and knowledge transfer, with a purpose to establish a learning organization in this regard.
Training cycle of OIEC is based on ISO 10015 model including the following processes:

1) Analyze performance problems
2) Define training needs
3) Provide the training
4) Evaluate training effectiveness and outcomes
5) Monitor and improve

Training in OIEC is managed by the Human Resource Department. The HRD department is focused on increasing the level of knowledge and skills of company employees and motivating them to participate in training programs. In order to participate in such programs, all qualified teaching institutions are studied and identified, and then each participant is evaluated and assessed and finally recommended by their managers.

We are continuously searching for the best training options for our staff that will help them to do their jobs efficiently.
We offer them access to both in-house training with our own authorized instructors and external courses organized by other training institutions.

The importance and progress of this program could be represented by the 10500 man-hours of training and participation of 408 OIEC employees in training programs in the last 12 months.
